Position SummarySeeking an experienced clinical critical care RN leader with at least 5 years of direct bedside experience. This is a leadership role focused on clinical expertise in the PICU specialty, mentoring, and quality improvement. While the Clinical Nurse Attending does not have formal direct reports, they provide leadership through subject matter expertise, collaboration, and by influencing practice at the bedside. The role empowers nurses, supports growth, and drives improvements in quality and patient outcomes. The incumbent will support our bedside nurses on our specialty PICU unit. This is a evening shift, Monday-Friday 3pm-1am (4/10’s). Must have BSN or graduate level degree. Must have a national certification or open to attaining one within 6 months
