Solid Organ Transplant Manager
Position SummaryThe Manager for Transplant Services promotes family-centered care by subscribing to and supporting Phoenix Children’s mission and values. Manages, supports and is accountable for the day-to-day operations and quality of output from the transplant program staff, including APPs and other clinical team members, overseeing operations both inpatient and outpatient, across all phases of transplant care - including pre-transplant (referral, evaluation, and wait-listing), transplant event and on-going post-transplant follow up for the 3 solid organ transplant programs (heart, kidney, and liver). Develops and manages partnerships with clinicians, physicians, administrative counterparts, and other departments to achieve common goals. Promotes the integration
