Advanced Practice Provider-Cardiology-Nemours Children's Health, Jacksonville
Nemours Children's Health Jacksonville is currently seeking dedicated Advanced Practice Providers to join our Cardiology team. Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive care to neonatal, pediatric, and young adult patients in the Cardiac Care Unit, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, under the supervision of attending physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs. Perform procedures and interventions as appropriate within the scope of practice and in accordance with institutional protocols and guidelines. Monitor patient progress, response to treatment, and potential complications, adjusting care plans as necessary.
