Nemours Children's Health Delaware is seeking a Pediatric APP for our Nephrology Team!The Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides independent and collaborative care with Nephrologists for pediatric nephrology patients. Responsibilities include evaluation of dialysis patients in collaboration with dialysis physician, out-patient nephrology clinics, help with management of the ambulatory blood pressure monitor readings, and participation in multidisciplinary clinics for patients with chronic kidney disease.
