Regional Hospice is expanding services, and we are excited to recruit a FULL TIME Pediatric Hospice & Palliative Care RN Case Manager for our pediatric home hospice patients!  Help us fulfill the need to compassionately serve as our pediatric hospice community is growing.  We are looking for an experienced pediatric hospice and palliative care RN to work 40 hrs/wk and be responsible for the coordination and management of all patient care and other services for pediatric patients and their families.  In this position you will work with interdisciplinary team including the patients' pediatricians and other pediatric specialists in order to provide quality pain and symptom management, as well as support to the patient and family.  The territory for this position will be Fairfield County, a
